ABOUT ME
Hi, I’m Pauline, a business consultant, community builder, and the founder of Designed by Sisterhood.
My path has never been just about building businesses; it’s always been about building people. I’ve spent years helping organizations launch new facilities and develop systems that create structure and growth, but the heart behind everything I do has always been community.
Designed by Sisterhood began as a space for women to learn, connect, and grow together, but it quickly became something much deeper. I saw how many women were craving genuine support, education, and opportunity. That’s when I realized my mission has always been bigger than me.
I aspire to one day launch a nonprofit foundation that expands this work creating resources, mentorship, and programs that empower women to build sustainable lives and businesses, regardless of where they start.
For me, success isn’t measured by income or titles; it’s measured by impact. It’s about leaving every space I enter a little better than I found it and helping others believe they can do the same.
This journey is personal, purpose-driven, and ever-evolving. I’m still building, still learning, and still committed to walking this path with intention .... one woman, one business, and one community at a time.
